Important Booking Information for Regular Dining:

• Please make us aware of any dietary requirements. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate dietary needs if informed in advance, please note that it may not always be possible to cater to all requirements due to the nature of our dishes and kitchen setup.

• Your table reservation is for 2 hours (1-3 people), or 2.5 hours (4+ people). After that, please feel free to relax in our lounge or bar area.

• We’ll hold your table for 15 minutes from the time of your booking, after which we cannot guarantee availability.

• Reservations with dogs are welcome in the lounge area only. Unfortunately, they’re not allowed in the restaurant conservatory.

• As all of our food is freshly prepared and home cooked, please allow a little extra time for your meal and in-between courses.

• Menu items are subject to availability and are served on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure the best selection, we recommend booking an earlier table.

• Reservations can be made up to 6 weeks in advance.

• Reservations online are available up to 9 people, if you require a larger group please contact us directly to assist you with your booking as we may require pre-orders and deposits.

Important information for Event Dining:

Please see booking terms for your event. For the Brunches on 20th & 21st December we require pre-payment with a cancellation of 48hours. Timings are 1 hour for the Kids brunch and 1.5 hour for the bottomless after which time you will be asked to leave the restaurant as we have multiple sittings. You are welcome to stay in the lounge or bar afterwards to enjoy your time.

• Cancellation Policy

  We know things happen, but please let us know if you’re not coming. if you need to cancel please notify us as soon as possible.

  Please note: No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation will incur a charge of £10 per person. As a small venue, every booking really counts and late cancellations have a big impact on us.

• Please be aware that on Sundays we have live music in the lounge area which can be heard in the restaurant from 3-5pm approx. We also have the pub quiz from 8pm which can be heard in the restaurant.

• We are a traditional village pub as well as a restaurant, so you can expect great food, friendly faces and a lively atmosphere.
