Opening the kitchen at the Fox Inn has been a much-anticipated journey for Omar, Kim and the team, and they’re thrilled to welcome you to Omar’s table. Currently, guests can savour our main menu Friday’s & Saturday’s, our roasts Sundays and for March only our World cuisine menu on Thursdays. From April onwards, our main menu will be served on Thursday’s.

Omar is a culinary enthusiast known for fusing classic British pub fare with a vibrant Egyptian twist. Working alongside top named chefs in the Caer Beris & Teulu kitchen, he gained a passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and innovative flavor combinations. Currently at the helm of Omar's Kitchen, he creates memorable dining experiences by blending tradition with creativity, drawing on both British and Egyptian culinary heritage. Omar was even invited to go on the Great British menu! (Maybe one day, but his businesses come first for now). Omar's dedication to home cooked freshness and authentic flavours continues to delight guests and elevate every dish.
